Oasis YM

Oasis YM has been through many designs in the past, and I was asked to create the latest revision. This time around, Oasis YM was looking for a complete identity overhaul. For the client, I designed a logo and a couple of mock-ups, and they liked this design, so I implemented it.

Originally written in straight html and css over the course of 3 weeks (I'm a full time student, I wish I had more time to work on client projects), the client, myself, and most importantly, the users were quite happy and impressed with the final output.

Since launching, I have rewritten the site from bottom to top using PHP as my base, including a simple news updater that will automatically update itself once an event has passed. I currently maintain the site, as I have since it's launch in February 2006, and am beginning preparation on the next revision, which I will also be designing.

Fervent Design

Fervent was an early web portfolio I had designed. The site was something I was looking at working on, then I was assigned a project that fit exactly what I wanted to do with Fervent, so I wrote it as a project. As stipulated by the project, I created a CSS and CSS-free version. They use the same html code, but one loads css, the other doesn't.

All of the portfolio content, site branding, and text was created by me, as it was intended to morph into my personal portfolio, but after the project completed. Sadly, for various reasons, I never did launch it, but still it remains one of my favourite web creations.

The Glass Eye

The Glass Eye is the source for everything photography, or it would be if it were real. For a project, I created a mock up of such a site, including many of it's major sections.

Even though this isn't coded, I hop you can see the though behind the design of the site, because web design is half of website production. Other than that, there isn't much I can say about this product, so please, click the link below and check out some screen shots of the potential site.
